2. There is no need for us to refer to the facts in this<\/p>\n
Judgment as the learned Single Judge has <\/p>\n
referred the same in the order impugned in this ap’pebirVV”   ~<\/p>\n
3. The ground of attack of the  ‘ini’pugrl~ed\\.<\/p>\n
appeal with reference to SeC.4c(2}: of the is Ac: <\/p>\n
No.2\/ 79 is enacted solely for the   ‘aside the
\nalienation made by the ‘grantees   the terms
\nof the grant. In other worckggvithge of the
\nlegislature was thattI;e:l1\u00a71iei1ai’ion  grantees due
\nto their poverty ‘exploitation by the upper
\ncastes was    a law. It was not the
\nintention of tiled’  the grantees should be
\npennanently be   alienating the granted lands<\/p>\n
   intention of the Legislature that the<\/p>\n
 purpos’e.s*-of  satisfied if the grantee retained the<\/p>\n
it  for a”‘spe._eiIietl number of years. Viewed from this angle,<\/p>\n
subvrnitted that the lands in respect of which the<\/p>\n
‘7.,”.prescribed”period of non–alienation had expired can never be<\/p>\n
subject to the purview of Act 2\/79. This aspect of the<\/p>\n
V<\/p>\n
states that it was perfectly permissible for the Registering<\/p>\n
Officer to permit registration of documents when the _tra’ns_fers<\/p>\n
were in accordance with the terms of the   <\/p>\n

Act, the learned Single Judge has  <\/p>\n

5. Further it bingle Judge has
\nfailed to notice   ‘and inequality which
\nwould  t#1:1\u00e9.:j,’4v’\u00a2_1_’lie1_’1Vations made before 1979
\nafter expiry  was over, were Valid,
\nwhile the\u00e9ivery  ytrhich were sold after the 1979<\/p>\n
  submitted that once the granted lands<\/p>\n
 vestsL’freeiylai’id~v.absoii1tely with the grantee, the State cannot<\/p>\n
 a law  takes away a vested right in a citizen. This<\/p>\n
l  ‘ofit_he’Vrriatter has not been appreciated by the learned<\/p>\n

6. In View of the above, he has contended that the<\/p>\n
learned Single Judge While answering the contentious.<\/p>\n
by recording \ufb01ndings and reasons rejecting  <\/p>\n

and intentrnent of the PTCL Act. Therefore’; <\/p>\n
