Ravi Shankar Prasad, son of Nagina Gope.\n          6. Batis Prasad, son of Nagina Gope.\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   25.08.2010             The      petitioner       had       sought     for<\/p>\n<p>                 quashing of the order of trial Court by<\/p>\n<p>                 which    he   allowed       defence     to    examine   one<\/p>\n<p>                 witness on its behalf. However, he fairly<\/p>\n<p>                 admits    that      the    said    witness      has     been<\/p>\n<p>                 examined and therefore, his grievance no<\/p>\n<p>                 longer    survives.         It    has   been    submitted<\/p>\n<p>                 that     without     any    reason      the    matter    is<\/p>\n<p>                 pending before the court below even though<\/p>\n<p>                 all the witnesses have been examined and<\/p>\n<p>                 the    case   has    been    closed.      Therefore,     he<\/p>\n<p>                 prays that the matter be concluded at the<\/p>\n<p>                 earliest.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            It is expected that the Magistrate<\/p>\n<p>                 would bring to an end to the proceeding as<\/p>\n<p>                 expeditiously as possible.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                 With        these      observations,       the<\/p>\n<p>          application is disposed off.<\/p>\n<p>                 Let    the   order     be   communicated   to<\/p>\n<p>          J.M.
