Prior thereto, petitioner remained in<\/p>\n<p>                        jail custody since 1.6.2008 till 21.11.2008. It is also submitted<\/p>\n<p>                        on behalf of the petitioner that besides the present case, he is not<\/p>\n<p>                        accused in any other case.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Let the aforesaid fact be verified by the court below<\/p>\n<p>                        and if found true, petitioner above named be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                        furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000\/- (Rs. Five thousand only) with<\/p>\n<p>                        two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>                        Additional Sessions Judge, Kishanganj in connection with S.T.<\/p>\n<p>                        No. 961 of 2008, arising out of Kishanganj P.S.
