By the last<\/p>\n<p>                   rejection        order       dated        11.12.2009,            the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner was granted liberty that he may<\/p>\n<p>                   renew his prayer for bail after examination<\/p>\n<p>                   of the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 A report from Additional Sessions<\/p>\n<p>                   Judge,    Fast     Track     Court      No.I,         Danapur    has<\/p>\n<p>                   been     received        which       mentions           that     the<\/p>\n<p>                   informant has been examined as P.W.6.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Learned Counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   has submitted that the informant has named<\/p>\n<p>                   only three persons and he has not named the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner.       The     petitioner         is       in    custody<\/p>\n<p>                   since 12.05.2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering             the         facts          and<\/p>\n<p>                   circumstances of the case, prayer for bail is<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            allowed.
