Commissioner (West Zone) &amp; PIO<br \/>\n                                MCD (West Zone),<br \/>\n                                Rajouri Garden, New Delhi<\/p>\n<p>Appellant filed an RTI Application Dated 04\/05\/2007 regarding information about<br \/>\nunauthorized construction at 65, Dev Dutt Apt., Vikas Puri. The reply was on 1\/6\/2007 from<br \/>\nthe PIO which the appellant found not satisfactory. He therefore filed a first Appeal on<br \/>\n27\/06\/2007. The First Appellate Authority passed an Order on 13\/08\/2007 where the<br \/>\nAppellate Authority was satisfied by the reply of PIO.
