The writ petition was disposed of<\/p>\n<p>directing the respondents to dispose of Exhibit P3 representation<\/p>\n<p>with notice to the writ petitioner. It is brought to the notice of<\/p>\n<p>this Court that the writ petitioner had already expired at the time<\/p>\n<p>of disposal of the writ petition.
