Vishwanath Yadav, Son of Late Driver Yadav\n                      Both are resident of Village Dihpali, P.S.- Paliganj, District-Patna.\n                                                                         .....Petitioners.\n                                                   Versus\n                      The State of Bihar                                 .....Opposite Party.\n                      For the Petitioners      : Ashok Kumar Sinha, Advocate.\n                      For the State            : APP.\n                                      ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/   09.11.2011                    Heard       learned        Counsel        for      the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioners          and      learned        Counsel      for      the<\/p>\n<p>                    State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    On the basis of written report of<\/p>\n<p>                    Panju      Yadav      the     case     has    been      registered<\/p>\n<p>                    under Section 307 and some other Sections of<\/p>\n<p>                    the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the<\/p>\n<p>                    Arms Act in which allegation of firing has<\/p>\n<p>                    been made which has resulted into injury.<\/p>\n<p>                                    It has been submitted that from the<\/p>\n<p>                    injury      report       which     is     Annexure-2,         it    is<\/p>\n<p>                    apparent       that     the     injuries       were     caused      by<\/p>\n<p>                    hard and blunt substances and sharp pointed<\/p>\n<p>                    weapon      and     Kishori      Yadav       has   been     granted<\/p>\n<p>                    bail on 29.06.2011 vide Cr. Misc. No. 19004<\/p>\n<p>                    of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Considering             the         facts          and<\/p>\n<p>                    circumstances of the case, the above named<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioners are directed to be released on<\/p>\n<p>                    bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/-<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>            like amount each to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>            learned     Additional      Chief        Judicial<\/p>\n<p>            Magistrate\/court concerned, Danapur, Patna in<\/p>\n<p>            connection with Paliganj P.S.
