Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :19\/06\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                           S.SIRI JAGAN, J.\n\n                   ==================\n\n                     W.P.(C).No.13401 of 2008\n\n                   ==================\n\n              Dated this the 19th day of June, 2008\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner challenges Ext.P7 notice issued under Clause<\/p>\n<p>7 of the Kerala Land Utilization Order directing the petitioner to<\/p>\n<p>cultivate his land with paddy, either personally or through any<\/p>\n<p>other person, within a period of 30 days from the date of service<\/p>\n<p>of the notice. I am of opinion that the petitioner has an effective<\/p>\n<p>alternate   remedy by way of appeal against Ext.P7 order, as<\/p>\n<p>provided in the Kerala Land Utilization Order. Therefore, without<\/p>\n<p>prejudice to the right of the petitioner to file an appeal against<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P7 order, this writ petition is closed.
