SANSKRIT HIGH SCHOOL, BUXAR\n   ....................................................................................RESPONDENTS\n                                  ********\n<\/pre>\n<p>3 25\/02\/2011             The claim of the petitioner is that he was appointed in<\/p>\n<p>                 the year 1986 in the S.S.B.K. Sanskrit High School, Buxar. It is<\/p>\n<p>                 further contended that the strength of the School is 7 plus 2 and<\/p>\n<p>                 that the petitioner was regularly working in the said school and<\/p>\n<p>                 his name was recommended by the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha<\/p>\n<p>                 Board for consideration and confirmation.<\/p>\n<p>                           On the other hand, a counter affidavit has been filed<\/p>\n<p>                 on behalf of the District Education Officer annexing the<\/p>\n<p>                 attendance register of the School which indicates that the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner has not signed on the attendance register.
