Desai, learned<br \/>\nAdvocate for the  petitioner, who has entered his appearance, has<br \/>\nelected not to remain present before the Court nor any mention is<br \/>\nmade to adjourn the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>2\tSame<br \/>\nis the position in Second Session as well.\n<\/p>\n<p>3\tIn<br \/>\nview of this,  it appears that  the petitioner is not interested in<br \/>\nprosecuting the matter any more.
