Ltd. in\n                         the industrial Area Hajipur.\n                                                                               .........Petitioner\n                                          Versus\n                         The State Of Bihar through the Director General of Police.\n                                                                            ....Opposite Party\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02   12.08.2011                       Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                        Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      The petitioner apprehends his arrest, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                        Vaishali Sadar P. S. Case No. 47 of 2010 for the offences punishable<\/p>\n<p>                        under Sections 323, 341, 342, 353, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code,<\/p>\n<p>                        pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazipur, is not named<\/p>\n<p>                        in this case personally but named as owner of a vehicle of which<\/p>\n<p>                        number is given with allegation of chasing transport bus and after<\/p>\n<p>                        assaulting the driver taking away the bus which was found deposited in<\/p>\n<p>                        Industrial Police Station, Vaishali Town.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Submission is that on the same day much before at the<\/p>\n<p>                        instance of petitioner stating real facts, Hazipur Nagar (town) P.S. case<\/p>\n<p>                        No. 87 of 2010 has already been instituted.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the<\/p>\n<p>                        event of his arrest\/surrender before the court below within four weeks,<\/p>\n<p>                        let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-<\/p>\n<p>                        bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                        amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                        Hajipur, Vaishali, in connection with Vaishali Sadar, P.S.
