No.9002 of 2011\n                                           RINKU PASWAN\n                                                 Versus\n                                         THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2        29.03.2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                      learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                   Petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name<\/p>\n<p>                      surfaced in this case in course of investigation. The contention of<\/p>\n<p>                      learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was earlier<\/p>\n<p>                      dragged in false cases by the police and he was released on bail by<\/p>\n<p>                      this Court, and thereafter, again he was remanded in the present<\/p>\n<p>                      case as well as some other cases.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   It is further pointed out by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner that the father of the petitioner had filed petition before<\/p>\n<p>                      learned Chief Judicial Magistrate against the atrocities of the<\/p>\n<p>                      police officials.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Taking into consideration the above stated facts and<\/p>\n<p>                      circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner, namely, Rinku Paswan be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                      furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000\/-(Ten Thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                      sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n<p>                      Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                      Case No.32 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                       (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J.)<br \/>\n    PN\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Rinku Paswan vs The State Of Bihar on 29 March, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
