No.34466 of 2010\n                                      PAPPU MAHTO\n                                           Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   22.09.2010                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                  the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioner is languishing in jail custody<\/p>\n<p>                  since 23.07.2010         in a case registered under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                  47(A) of the Excise Act and 420, 34 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                  Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                It is alleged against the petitioner that huge<\/p>\n<p>                  quantity of country made liquor was recovered from one<\/p>\n<p>                  Mithilesh Kumar who disclosed that alleged liquor is being<\/p>\n<p>                  manufactured in the mini liquor factory run by this<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner. During the search of the house of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  the plastic container and other articles were seized.<\/p>\n<p>                  Statement in para 8 has been made that the petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>                  no criminal antecedent.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                  namely Pappu Mahto be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                  bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>                  the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                  Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Roh P.S. Case no.<\/p>\n<p>                  55 of 2009.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Anand Kr.
