Opposite party\n\n                                    ****\n<\/pre>\n<p>\/2\/   25 October                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">      2011<\/span><br \/>\n                     the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  This is an application for grant of anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>                     bail for offence under Sections 147, 148 and 323 of the<\/p>\n<p>                     Penal Code and 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and<\/p>\n<p>                     Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.<\/p>\n<p>                                  The allegation is of abuse by calling the caste<\/p>\n<p>                     name.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  The learned counsel for the petitioners submits<\/p>\n<p>                     that prior to the institution of this case a suit was filed<\/p>\n<p>                     being T.S. no. 153 of 1998 filed on 05.08.1998 and, hence,<\/p>\n<p>                     contends that the fact of the institution of the case is that<\/p>\n<p>                     suit was filed against the complainant and others regarding<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       the land dispute and this case is the outcome of that case.<\/p>\n<p>       It has been submitted that other sections are bail able, but,<\/p>\n<p>       Section 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled<\/p>\n<p>       Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been attracted for<\/p>\n<p>       false implication.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   Hence, having regard to the facts and<\/p>\n<p>       circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the<\/p>\n<p>       event of their arrest or surrender, are directed to be<\/p>\n<p>       released on anticipatory bail, within four weeks, from the<\/p>\n<p>       date of receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of<\/p>\n<p>       Rs.10,000\/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>       the like amount each in connection with S.C. &amp; S.T.
