 3.      The\u00a0Appellant\u00a0had\u00a0wanted\u00a0certain\u00a0information\u00a0about\u00a0the\u00a0action\u00a0taken\u00a0on\u00a0<\/p>\n
a\u00a0representation\u00a0he\u00a0had\u00a0addressed\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Deputy\u00a0General\u00a0Manager\u00a0(P)\u00a0on\u00a01\u00a0<\/p>\n
June\u00a02009.\u00a0In\u00a0a\u00a0belated\u00a0response\u00a0to\u00a0his\u00a0request,\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0informed\u00a0him\u00a0about\u00a0<\/p>\n
the\u00a0action\u00a0taken\u00a0on\u00a0his\u00a0representation.\u00a0Although\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0had\u00a0provided\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n
details\u00a0about\u00a0the\u00a0action\u00a0taken\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0representation\u00a0dated\u00a01\u00a0June\u00a02009,\u00a0he\u00a0did\u00a0<\/p>\n
not \u00a0 provide \u00a0 either \u00a0 the \u00a0 chronology \u00a0 of \u00a0 dates \u00a0 showing \u00a0 the \u00a0 movement \u00a0 of \u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n
representation\u00a0or\u00a0the\u00a0copies\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0comments\/opinion\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0officials\u00a0who\u00a0had\u00a0<\/p>\n

4.      In\u00a0the\u00a0light\u00a0 of\u00a0the\u00a0above,\u00a0we\u00a0direct\u00a0 the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0to\u00a0 communicate\u00a0to\u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n
Appellant \u00a0 within \u00a0 10 \u00a0 working \u00a0 days \u00a0 from \u00a0 the \u00a0 receipt \u00a0 of \u00a0 this \u00a0 order \u00a0 (a) \u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n
chronology\u00a0of\u00a0dates\u00a0beginning\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0receipt\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0representation\u00a0till\u00a0the\u00a0last\u00a0<\/p>\n
comments\u00a0made\u00a0on\u00a0it\u00a0from\u00a0time\u00a0to\u00a0time\u00a0and\u00a0(b)\u00a0the\u00a0photocopies\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0relevant\u00a0<\/p>\n
pages\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0file\u00a0in\u00a0which\u00a0various\u00a0officials\u00a0had\u00a0recorded\u00a0their\u00a0comments\u00a0on\u00a0<\/p>\n
the\u00a0said\u00a0representation.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
5.      We \u00a0 noted \u00a0 that \u00a0 the \u00a0 CPIO \u00a0 had \u00a0 claimed \u00a0 to \u00a0 have \u00a0 received \u00a0 the \u00a0 RTI\u00a0<\/p>\n
application \u00a0 only \u00a0 on \u00a0 31 \u00a0 December \u00a0 2009. \u00a0 If \u00a0 that \u00a0 is \u00a0 right \u00a0 then \u00a0 obviously \u00a0 his\u00a0<\/p>\n
response\u00a0was\u00a0not\u00a0delayed.\u00a0However,\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0satisfaction\u00a0of\u00a0both\u00a0the\u00a0CIC\u00a0and\u00a0<\/p>\n
the\u00a0Appellant,\u00a0we\u00a0direct\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0to\u00a0forward\u00a0to\u00a0us\u00a0the\u00a0relevant\u00a0entry\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n
receipt \u00a0 and \u00a0 dispatch \u00a0 register \u00a0 showing \u00a0 the \u00a0 receipt \u00a0 of \u00a0 this \u00a0 particular \u00a0 RTI\u00a0<\/p>\n
application.\u00a0In\u00a0case,\u00a0there\u00a0is\u00a0no\u00a0such\u00a0register,\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0shall\u00a0forward\u00a0to\u00a0us\u00a0and\u00a0<\/p>\n
to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0any\u00a0other\u00a0documentary\u00a0evidence\u00a0showing\u00a0that\u00a0it\u00a0was\u00a0indeed\u00a0<\/p>\n
received\u00a0on\u00a031\u00a0December\u00a02009.\u00a0However,\u00a0if\u00a0it\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0received\u00a0earlier\u00a0and\u00a0<\/p>\n
the\u00a0reply\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0given\u00a0beyond\u00a0the\u00a0stipulated\u00a0period\u00a0of\u00a030\u00a0days,\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0<\/p>\n
shall\u00a0 send\u00a0 within\u00a0 10\u00a0working\u00a0days\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0receipt\u00a0 of\u00a0 this\u00a0 order\u00a0 his\u00a0 written\u00a0<\/p>\n
