Admit the appeal.<\/p>\n<p>                              Call    for   the   Lower   Court   record   of<\/p>\n<p>                      Sessions Trial No.265 of 2009 from the court of<\/p>\n<p>                      Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur.<\/p>\n<p>                              The appellant has been convicted under<\/p>\n<p>                      Section 302 of the IPC. The appellant is sole<\/p>\n<p>                      assailant of the deceased. The evidence of the<\/p>\n<p>                      informant who is the wife of the deceased and<\/p>\n<p>                      the evidence of the doctor corroborating the<\/p>\n<p>                      allegations indicates that the injury caused by<\/p>\n<p>                      this appellant was sufficient for the death of<\/p>\n<p>                      the deceased.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the aforesaid facts, prayer<\/p>\n<p>                      for bail on behalf of the appellant Chhathu Ram<\/p>\n<p>                      is dismissed.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n\n\n                                       ( Mridula Mishra,J. )\n\n\n\nB.Kr.
