I have heard the learned oeuascl appealing for<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner and the learned High Court Govcrnmcnt<\/p>\n<p>\\,\/b .\n<\/p>\n<p>Pleader and perused the original zeconis made available by<\/p>\n<p>the learned Government Plwder with reference  the<\/p>\n<p>statements given by cw-1, cws 4 to 6 and cw-16.<\/p>\n<p>the medical certi\ufb01cate issued by CW~I6.<\/p>\n<p>5. it is clear from the <\/p>\n<p>the basis of which FIR is &#8221;  &#8216;n a&#8217;.;;.-.-.~.\u00a2_oi7&#8217;3  <\/p>\n<p>petitioner is not mentioned in   regard<br \/>\nto the fleet that the o\ufb01eo\u00e9ee   nueleers have<br \/>\nbeen registered  eat punishable<br \/>\nexelusively   of  of the opinion<br \/>\nthat  for a limited period<br \/>\nwith nuqertji 1.; Section 439 of the<br \/>\nCode  % Accordingly, I pass the<\/p>\n<p>fo\ufb01owing  &#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>     application is allowed.
