RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                              - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                    BAIL APPLICATION NO.449  OF 2007\n\n                 - - - - - - - - - ----------------------- - - - - - -\n\n               DATED THIS THE 30th DAY OF JANUARY, 2007\n\n\n                                        O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>         In this Petition filed under Sec.439 Cr.P.C. the petitioner who is<\/p>\n<p>the     accused     in   Crime   No.6\/07     of   Koduvally   Police   Station   for   an<\/p>\n<p>offence punishable under Section 376 I.P.C., seeks his enlargement on<\/p>\n<p>bail.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>         2.     I   heard     the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner   and   the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>         3.     Having regard to the nature of the   offences, the duration<\/p>\n<p>of judicial custody of the petitioner and the other circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>case etc.,  I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with effect from<\/p>\n<p>5.2.2007.  Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail<\/p>\n<p>with   effect   from   5.2.2007   on   his   executing   a   bond   for   Rs.10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>(Rupees ten thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like<\/p>\n<p>amount to the satisfaction of the J.F.C.M.-I, Thamarassery and subject<\/p>\n<p>to the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>         1.    The petitioner  shall report before the Investigating Officer<\/p>\n<p>         between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         2.    The   petitioner   shall            make   himself   available   for<\/p>\n<p>         interrogation as and when required by the Police, till the filing of<\/p>\n<p>         the final report.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<pre>B.A.NO.449\/07                         Page numbers\n\n\n\n\n\n                 3.   The     petitioner   shall   not   influence   or   intimidate   the\n\n<\/pre>\n<blockquote><p>                 prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt to tamper with<\/p>\n<p>                 the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                 4.
