By way of ad interim relief, it is<br \/>\ndirected that the respondents shall not act upon the letter of<br \/>\nacceptance, which is now stated to have been issued on 7.7.2010 and<br \/>\nrespondent No.3 shall not supply any kind of larvicide pursuant to<br \/>\nthat letter of acceptance in the meantime.
