Raval,  learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service<br \/>\nof rule on  behalf of the respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThe<br \/>\napplicant- appellant- original accused has been convicted for the<br \/>\noffences punishable under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code to<br \/>\nsuffer life imprisonment with fine of Rs.200\/-, in default to undergo<br \/>\na further imprisonment for 2 months by the learned Additional<br \/>\nSessions Judge, Bharuch vide order dated 5th December 2007<br \/>\nSessions Case No.56 of 2007.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe<br \/>\napplicant has preferred the present application through Jail praying<br \/>\nfor temporary bail for a period of 21 days to enable him to attend<br \/>\nthe marriage of son of his brother (nephew).  From the Jail remarks<br \/>\nit is reported that the applicant has enjoyed one temporary bail for<br \/>\na period of 15 days in 2010.  He has also enjoyed one furlough in<br \/>\n2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tTaking into<br \/>\nconsideration the applicant&#8217;s Jail remarks the application is<br \/>\nrequired to be allowed.  The applicant is ordered to be released on<br \/>\ntemporary bail for a period of two weeks from the date<br \/>\nof his release on his executing a personal bond of Rs.5000\/- (Rupees<br \/>\nfive thousand only) with one surety of the like amount to the<br \/>\nsatisfaction of the Jail authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tThe<br \/>\napplicant shall surrender himself to the Jail authorities on expiry<br \/>\nof the above temporary bail period.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tThe<br \/>\napplication is allowed.  \tRule is made absolute.\n<\/p>\n<p>(RAVI<br \/>\nR.
