Justice K.K.DENESAN\n\n Dated :05\/02\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                               K.K.DENESAN, J\n\n                  ---------------------------------------\n\n                        W.P.(C)NO.3830  of 2007\n\n                   --------------------------------------\n\n\n              Dated this the 5th   day  of  February, 2007\n\n\n\n                                  JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner is working as Deputy Director in the Survey<\/p>\n<p>and   Land   Records   Department.   She   feels   aggrieved   by   the<\/p>\n<p>seniority   assigned   to   her   in   the   provisional   seniority   list<\/p>\n<p>evidenced   by   Ext.P3.   Ext.P4   objection   filed   by   her   before   the<\/p>\n<p>second   respondent   has   not   been   disposed   of.   Ext.P6<\/p>\n<p>representation has been filed against non-inclusion of her name<\/p>\n<p>in Ext.P5 select list and seeking for a review of Ext.P5. Ext.P6 has<\/p>\n<p>been filed before the 4th respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Heard   Government   Pleader   for   respondents   1   to   4.     In<\/p>\n<p>the   nature   of   the   order   I   propose   to   pass,   notice   need   not   be<\/p>\n<p>issued to respondents 5 and 6.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. There shall be an order directing the second respondent<\/p>\n<p>to consider Ext.P4  as early as possible. It has to be taken note of<\/p>\n<p>that   Ext.P4   was   filed   as   early   as   on   21.5.2005.   Hence,   a   time<\/p>\n<p>limit of six weeks is fixed for taking action on Ext.P4 and passing<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C)No.3830\/2007                                            :2:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>final orders.\n<\/p>\n<p>        4.
