Case No. 97 of 2007 instituted under Sections 166, 167 and<\/p>\n<p>                           420 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       This case concerns the appointment of Panchayat<\/p>\n<p>                           Teachers. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the<\/p>\n<p>                           Mukhiya is not responsible for making appointments.<\/p>\n<p>                                       All these facts are matter of investigation.
