The appellant has asked for access to documents relating to the details of\ncontracts awarded to certain companies, which are identified in the RTI\napplication. The appellant had raised the same issue earlier also and this\nCommission vide Decision No.4155\/IC(A)\/2009 dated 10th July, 2009 advised\nthe appellant to seek inspection of the relevant documents so as to clearly\nidentify and specify the information, which should be furnished to him.\n\n2.     There is neither denial of information u\/s 8(1) of the Act by the respondent<\/pre>\n<p>nor the appellant has made any sincere efforts to inspect the records to identify<br \/>\nthe required information. Instead, the appellant has raised the same issue as<br \/>\nbefore without specifying as to which information has been refused to him.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.
