Malu Yadav son of Narayan Yadav\n                                                     Versus\n                                            The State Of Bihar\n                                                   -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   12.10.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>                  State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                  case registered under Sections 341, 342, 323 and 498A\/34 of<\/p>\n<p>                  the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering that the petitioners are the distant<\/p>\n<p>                  relatives of the mother-in-law of the complainant, let the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioners above named be released on anticipatory bail in<\/p>\n<p>                  the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court<\/p>\n<p>                  below within a period of 12 weeks from today in connection<\/p>\n<p>                  with Sathi P.S. case No.69 of 2011 on furnishing bail bonds of<\/p>\n<p>                  Rs.10,000\/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                  amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                  Bettiah, West Champaran, subject to the conditions as laid<\/p>\n<p>                  down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure<\/p>\n<p>                  as also conditions (i) That one of the bailor will be a close<\/p>\n<p>                  relative of the petitioners who will give an affidavit giving<\/p>\n<p>                  genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioners. The<\/p>\n<p>                  bailor will undertake to furnish information to the Court about<\/p>\n<p>                  any change in address of the petitioners.
