Mangdey, learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of the<br \/>\n\tState.\n<\/p>\n<p>This<br \/>\n\tis an application filed by the applicant-convict seeking parole<br \/>\n\tleave for a period of 60 days on the grounds set out in the<br \/>\n\tapplication challenging the impugned order dated 06.09.2010 passed<br \/>\n\tby the District Magistrate rejecting such prayer for  parole.\n<\/p>\n<p>Learned<br \/>\n\tA.P.P., Mr.Mangdey submitted that though the reference is made with<br \/>\n\tregard to negative police opinion, the jail remarks suggests that he<br \/>\n\thas already availed parole in May, 2010 itself. Similarly, he has<br \/>\n\talso availed furlough in January, 2010.
