\nthe basis of the corn-n’iai.n’\u00e9t,.’e.fA;l.one’:..S’atish Kinayekar of<\/p>\n
Karate Vi|lage_._=where’i’ri”it’, waS.._aIlVeg.ed” that, his sister<\/p>\n
Savithad”Vlvwa.\u00a7Vf.v_Vgiiren  marriage to the petitioner on
\n18.05v.x2\u00abQ'()’7  of marriage certain gifts were<\/p>\n
given, though d.ema”nd\u00ab”‘f.rom the petitioner side could not<\/p>\n
 ‘bee-diet’. “i-ijiowe\\}’e’r’,”even after the marriage, there was<\/p>\n
 “d.ernanidgdfovrVA\u00bb,.ba.yment for cash, jewelry etc., which could<\/p>\n
no_t_V view of which, ill-treatment and harassment<\/p>\n
 Acauseclgto Savitha, by the petitioner and others. Savitha<\/p>\n
 was}’driven to the extreme step and she committed suicide<\/p>\n
   hanging herself. According to the coqiaint, cause for<\/p>\n
death of Savitha is, the physical and mental harassment<\/p>\n
caused by the petitioner and others. The crirrujedhaiving<\/p>\n
been registered, FIR was sent to the Court.  <\/p>\n
other accused persons were arr_este_d a_ndwVw’ejre.’se_’nt to 2′<\/p>\n
judicial custody. Petitioner is jullclicial’ <\/p>\n

5. The point for consideration is:\n<\/p>\n
“Whether the petitioner is ent:tie\u00a2:i<<fa_<\/p>\n
to be released on bail?''<\/p>\n
6. Marriage of the petiti’o’ne.ry and<\/p>\n
Savitha was soiernnised on  <\/p>\n
Savitha died on :5.os.2oo8~a.\u00a7uu5ytiycor\ufb01mitt:no-i_;su~s\u00e9tc’ide.’ The”?<\/p>\n
death of Savitha at,.-the _m’aer”i.m’o*niai house.\/Eis not in<\/p>\n
dispute. The prosecutione_’ca’Se.ii”\u00a7Vf’ would attract the<\/p>\n
punishmerit ofivse-v:en,_’y’ea’r’s imprisonment and fine.\n<\/p>\n
7.  iThe”‘S_e’ssion””_Court has observed that the since<\/p>\n
pencianicy of Sessions, cases before it are very iess, there is<\/p>\n
i no_iii<eA|i'Ahoo:d~–.of deiay in disposing of this case. Moreover,<\/p>\n
  dispose of custody cases on priority.\n<\/p>\n

8. Indisputably, the trial has commenced and few<\/p>\n
prosecution witnesses have been examined. –iHow~ey–ear,<\/p>\n
learned Counsel for the petitioner submits  <\/p>\n
