Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :14\/10\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                            V.GIRI, J\n                          -------------------\n                      W.P.(C).29026\/2009\n                          --------------------\n            Dated this the 14th day of October, 2009\n\n                          JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner, Assistant Executive Engineer in the Kerala<\/p>\n<p>State Electricity Board and currently stationed at Lower<\/p>\n<p>Periyar Erection Division, Karimanal, has been transferred to<\/p>\n<p>the    Electrical    Sub Division, Angamaly on request, as<\/p>\n<p>evidenced by Ext.P1. Petitioner&#8217;s grievance arises out of non<\/p>\n<p>implementation of Ext.P1.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>2.    I heard learned Standing Counsel for the Electricity<\/p>\n<p>Board also. Learned counsel submits that steps will be taken<\/p>\n<p>to relieve the petitioner to enable him to join at Angamaly, as<\/p>\n<p>early as possible. Submission is recorded.<\/p>\n<p>3.
