(ORAL)\n<\/pre>\n<p>             Complainant, in the present case has expired. It is stated that<\/p>\n<p>legal representatives of the complainant have compounded the offence.<\/p>\n<p>What is the effect of this composition, will be determined by the trial Court<\/p>\n<p>at appropriate stage.\n<\/p>\n<p>             Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. cannot be<\/p>\n<p>entertained.
