SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 06\/09\/2010 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tThe<br \/>\npresent application has been preferred by the applicants-original<br \/>\nrespondents to comply with the order passed by the learned Single<br \/>\nJudge of this Court dated 09\/03\/2010 in Civil Application No.<br \/>\n840\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tToday,<br \/>\nwhen the present application is taken up for hearing, Shri Prabhakar<br \/>\nUpadhyay, learned advocate appearing on behalf of  respondent no. 1<br \/>\nhas stated at the bar that against the order dated 09\/03\/2010 passed<br \/>\nby the learned Single Judge in Civil Application No. 840\/2010<br \/>\nrespondent no. 1 has preferred Letters Patent Appeal before the<br \/>\nDivision Bench, being Letters Patent Appeal No. 1559\/2010 and the<br \/>\nDivision Bench has issued notice in the said Letters Patent Appeal<br \/>\nmaking it returnable on 28\/09\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, without further entering into the merits of the<br \/>\ncase and without expressing anything on merits, the present<br \/>\napplication is disposed of at this stage and whatever be the outcome<br \/>\nof the Letters Patent Appeal and the decision that may be rendered by<br \/>\nthe Division Bench in the aforesaid Letters Patent Appeal, now the<br \/>\nparties are required to  act as per the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tWith<br \/>\nthis, the present application is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t(M.R.\n<\/p>\n<p>SHAH, J.)<\/p>\n<p>siji<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   Top<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gujarat High Court Jayrambhai vs The on 6 September, 2010 Author: M.R.
