He seeks relief against respondents 2 and 3<\/p>\n<p>not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to call the petitioner to the<\/p>\n<p>police station or not to harass the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>      2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that<\/p>\n<p>a petition was received from the 4th respondent and the parties were<\/p>\n<p>relegated to the proper forum. There is no harassment to the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>from the side of respondents 2 and 3.<\/p>\n<p>      3.
