NO. 20290 OF 2010\n                    --------------------------------------------\n\n                    Dated this the 30th day of June, 2010\n\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner is working as Higher Secondary School Teacher<\/p>\n<p>(English) in D.B Higher Secondary School, Thiruvalla with effect from<\/p>\n<p>1.9.1999. She was on leave without allowances for a period of five years<\/p>\n<p>from 15.6.2005 to 14.6.2010. She rejoined duty on 15.6.2010 after the<\/p>\n<p>expiry of the leave without allowances. The grievance of the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>that after permitting her to rejoin duty, she was transferred as per Ext.P4 to<\/p>\n<p>D.B H.S.S Thakazhi.       The contention of the petitioner is that such a<\/p>\n<p>transfer was effected only to accommodate the 8th respondent. Raising<\/p>\n<p>grievances against Ext.P4, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P7 petition<\/p>\n<p>before the first respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     Ext.P4 order of transfer was effected by the Manager of the<\/p>\n<p>school. According to the petitioner, it is an order passed under Rule 10 of<\/p>\n<p>Chapter XIV A of the Kerala Education Rules. But, the petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>preferred Ext.P7 revision petition before the government and it is still<\/p>\n<p>pending. Therefore, without making any observations as to the merits of<\/p>\n<p>the case including the maintainability of Ext.P7, this Writ Petition is<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C) NO.20290\/2010                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P7<\/p>\n<p>revision petition and pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously, at any<\/p>\n<p>rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of<\/p>\n<p>this judgment with notice to the petitioner and respondents 4 and 8.<\/p>\n<p>                                                   Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 (C.T.
