Mr.K.M.Vijaya Kumar,\n\t\t      Special Government Pleader\n\n\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tHeard Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner<br \/>\nand Mr.K.M.Vijaya Kumar, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for<br \/>\nthe respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for<br \/>\nhearing and disposal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel<br \/>\nappearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if<br \/>\nthe second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the<br \/>\npetitioner, dated 06.09.2010, on merits and in accordance with law, within a<br \/>\nspecified period.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\nrespondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on<br \/>\neither side, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation,<br \/>\ndated 06.09.2010, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as<br \/>\nwell as to the other persons concerned, on merits and in accordance with law,<br \/>\nwithin a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this<br \/>\norder. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation, dated<br \/>\n06.09.2010, to the second respondent, along with a copy of this order. However,<br \/>\nit is made clear that this Court, by this order, has not expressed any opinion<br \/>\non the merits of the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
