Balu\n\nName of the Public Authority:          Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited\n         i\nFacts<\/pre>\n<p>:\n<\/p>\n<p>1.       The appeal was scheduled for hearing on 13\/5\/2009. The appellant did<br \/>\nnot avail of this opportunity. The appeal is, therefore, examined on merit.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.       On perusal of the documents submitted by the appellant, it is observed<br \/>\nthat the CPIO and the Appellate Authority have replied and furnished a point-<br \/>\nwise response.        The appellant is, however, not satisfied in respect of the<br \/>\ninformation regarding recruitment procedure, seniority list, etc. He has alleged<br \/>\nthat the information provided to him is incomplete, false and misleading. He has,<br \/>\ntherefore, pleaded for providing complete information.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>3.       The CPIO has replied and furnished the information on the basis of<br \/>\navailable records. Since there is no denial of information, the appellant is free to<br \/>\nseek inspection of relevant records so as to specify and identify the required<br \/>\ninformation, which should be furnished as per the provisions of the Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  i<br \/>\n                      &#8220;If you don&#8217;t ask, you don&#8217;t get.&#8221; &#8211; Mahatma Gandhi<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                              1<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p> 4.
