Usha Devi, wife of Ram Binay Sharma\n                                    Versus\n                                        The State Of Bihar\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   24.08.2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>                  State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for<\/p>\n<p>                  the offence under Sections 304(B)\/34 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                  Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering that the petitioners are the parents-in-<\/p>\n<p>                  law of the deceased and no definite cause of death could be<\/p>\n<p>                  opined by the Doctor after post mortem examination report, let<\/p>\n<p>                  the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                  bail bond of Rs. 5,000\/- (Five thousand) each with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>                  of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the<\/p>\n<p>                  court concerned to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                  Jehanabad, in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 58<\/p>\n<p>                  of 2011 subject to the following conditions: (i) That one of the<\/p>\n<p>                  bailors will be a close relative of the petitioners, who will give an<\/p>\n<p>                  affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioners. The bailor will undertake to furnish information to<\/p>\n<p>                  the court about any change in the address of the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>                  (ii)That the petitioners will give an undertaking that they will<\/p>\n<p>                  receive the police papers on the given date and be present on<\/p>\n<p>                  date fixed for charge and if they fail to do so on two given dates<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        and delay the trial in any manner, their bail will be liable to be<\/p>\n<p>        cancelled for reasons of misuse.
