GIRI, J.\n\n                ``````````````````````````````````````````````````\n                   W.P.(C) No. 19573 of 2009 N\n                ``````````````````````````````````````````````````\n                Dated this the 6th day of October, 2009\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>             Petitioner, a District Judge in the Kerala Higher Judicial<\/p>\n<p>Service, retired on superannuation in the year 1987. He is aggrieved<\/p>\n<p>that the enhanced rate of pension and allowance due to him has not<\/p>\n<p>been disbursed so far. By Ext.P1, the petitioner has been sanctioned a<\/p>\n<p>basic pension of Rs.6,143\/- from 01-01-1996 and Rs.9,213\/- with effect<\/p>\n<p>from 01-04-2004. He is also entitled to Dearness Allowance at the<\/p>\n<p>Central rate. These amounts are not disbursed and hence this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.    Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits<\/p>\n<p>that the amounts payable as per Ext.P1 shall be computed and<\/p>\n<p>payments shall be effected as early as possible, at any rate, within one<\/p>\n<p>month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Ordered<\/p>\n<p>accordingly.
