No.20877 of 2011\n                             Satyanarain Mehta\n                                    Versus\n                             The State Of Bihar\n                                     ******\n<\/pre>\n<p>           For the petitioner : Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, Adv.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   For the State : Mr. Lalan Kumar, APP<br \/>\n                                      *****<\/p>\n<p>02.   19.07.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                   Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioner apprehends his arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 180\/2010 for<\/p>\n<p>                   the offences under Sections 376\/511 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                   Penal Code and 3(x) of the S.C. &amp; S.T. Act, pending in<\/p>\n<p>                   the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur<\/p>\n<p>                   (Supaul).\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioner is solitary named accused in<\/p>\n<p>                   this case instituted five days after           the alleged<\/p>\n<p>                   occurrence on following the informant and making<\/p>\n<p>                   unsuccessful attempt to do any wrong with her<\/p>\n<p>                   (nothing    specifically   alleged).   The   case   appears<\/p>\n<p>                   instituted subsequently at the instance of brother of<\/p>\n<p>                   the informant with whom police arrived there.<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                   the case, in the event of his arrest or surrender within<\/p>\n<p>                   a period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of<\/p>\n<p>                   Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-<\/p>\n<p>          Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur (Supaul), in<\/p>\n<p>          connection with Birpur P.S.
