    ‘irre\ufb02le preliminary notification dated<\/p>\n
   section 28(1) of the KIADB Act, an<\/p>\n
 of  20 guntas in Sy. No. 143 is sought to be<\/p>\n
  A notice was issuw on 11.7.2005 under<\/p>\n
 eeefion 28(2) of the Act to the petitioner. The petitioner<\/p>\n
 _,v___\ufb01led his objections, but however the said objection did<\/p>\n
not \ufb01nd favour with the L.A.O and a final noti\ufb01cation
\nunder section 28(4) of the Act is issued on 25.9.2006.<\/p>\n
Thereafter notice is issued on 30.10.2006 under section \ufb02<\/p>\n

   justice. Another factor which would weigh<\/p>\n
