Mr.L R Pujari, learned APP waives service of notice on<br \/>\nbehalf of respondent No.2. Interim &#8211; relief in terms of<br \/>\nparagraph No.8(C) is granted on a condition that the applicants shall<br \/>\ndeposit a sum of Rs.25,000\/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only)<br \/>\nbefore the trial Court on or before the returnable date.
