It was agreed that the appellant-father<br \/>\nwill be allowed to visit the son on every 1st Monday of<br \/>\nEnglish calendar month.  That arrangement worked without any<br \/>\ndifficulty so far.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tOn request<br \/>\nmade by the learned Advocates for the parties, in their presence, it<br \/>\nis deemed proper to modify that arrangement suitably to give suitable<br \/>\nopportunity to the parties to bridge the gap between them.  It is<br \/>\ntherefore provided that on every 1st and 3rd<br \/>\nSunday of English calender month, the respondent   mother will see<br \/>\nto it that the son reachs office of learned Advocate Mr.P.C.Pujara by<br \/>\n09.45 am so that appellant   father can be in the company of the<br \/>\nson for 10.00 am to 12.00 noon.
