Learned advocate for the petitioner<br \/>\nundertakes to supply typed copy of the said annexure.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tMr.Shivang<br \/>\nShukla, learned advocate for the petitioner invited attention to the<br \/>\nabstract of the city survey record in relation to Final Plot No.432<br \/>\nto point out that the name of the petitioner had been entered in the<br \/>\nrecord way back on 21.12.1999 and subsequent entries have been made<br \/>\non the basis of the judgments of this High Court as well as of the<br \/>\nSupreme Court. It was submitted that the name of Ravjibhai Mathurbhai<br \/>\nSolanki &#8211; the predecessor in title of the respondents No.5 to<br \/>\n10 had been deleted in December 1999 despite which the said<br \/>\nrespondents had made an application before the revenue authorities<br \/>\nalong with the affidavit dated 3.9.2011 (Annexure-D to the petition)<br \/>\nfor inserting their names as heirs and legal representatives of<br \/>\ndeceased Ravjibhai Mathurbhai Solanki. It was submitted that despite<br \/>\nthe fact that the name of Ravjibhai Mathurbhai Solanki stood deleted<br \/>\nfrom the record, the City Survey Superintendent, without issuance of<br \/>\nnotice to the petitioner herein, has entered the name of the<br \/>\nrespondents No.5 to 10 in the record.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tHaving<br \/>\nregard to the submissions advanced by the learned advocate for the<br \/>\npetitioner, issue notice returnable on 30.11.2011.
