However,  \n\nused to be di\ufb01erenccs betweerfthe aceud\u00e9cd _one \n\nand the deceased on the other.\n\n2. On the mtewenigxg  2991,\nrespondents 1 to 4 (A. 1   were in the<\/pre>\n

death of    was a scuffle. A. 1 to AA<\/p>\n
essaultegd “and vvddafraewamy. A.1 to A.4 planned to<\/p>\n

   run over by a vehicle. A.1 to AA took<\/p>\n
 the   oirtside, made him lie on the road in front of<\/p>\n
  P.W.5 was asked to drive the car over the<\/p>\n
  Accordingly, P.W.5 drove the car. Respondents 5<\/p>\n
 V   (A5 and A6) are the Police Constables who colluded<\/p>\n
4<\/span><\/p>\n
with A.1 te A.4 and get registered a false case showixgg\ufb02eath<\/p>\n
of T.K.Jayaswamy as one caused by run ever qfby<\/p>\n
rash and negligent driving. A. 1 to AA   <\/p>\n
committing offence under Sec. 302     AV<\/p>\n
and A.6 under Sec. 120(8) read  <\/p>\n
IPC.\n<\/p>\n

  ear ever the deceased at the instance of A.1 to A.4 has turned<\/p>\n
