Ext.P10 is an order by which<\/p>\n<p>the second respondent invoking the power under Section 71<\/p>\n<p>ordered liquidation of the society of which the petitioner is the<\/p>\n<p>Board of Directors and more over appointed an official liquidator.<\/p>\n<p>I note that Ext.P10 is appealable. I feel that petitioner is to be<\/p>\n<p>relegated to the pursuit of an alternate remedy. The writ petition<\/p>\n<p>is disposed of relegating the petitioner to pursue the alternate<\/p>\n<p>remedy within the time provided.
