The complainantspetitioner  this Court
\nby filing writ   aforesaid writ<\/p>\n
petition was \ufb01_i~ed..’V’as’–a   interest. The writ<\/p>\n
petition, which   the complainanbpetitioner,<\/p>\n
came to be order dated 12.11.2009. The<\/p>\n
 . p_vopev_ia1tiVe’ part o’t”‘th.e..a;i”oresajd order is being reproduced<\/p>\n
 hereunder:    ‘<\/p>\n
  “Respondents 2,3 and 4 are directed to
\n ‘ \ufb01nd out as to whether anybody including
\n respondents 7 to 24 have encroachedupon
\nthe public property. They are directed to
\nremove the encroachment, if any, on the
\npublic place and the area earmarked for
\nroad. park, open space, civic amenities, etc.,
\nafter following the due procedure and in
\naccordance with law under the relevant
\nstatutes.”\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
2. Alleging non–cornpliance of the aforesaid order,
\nthe cornplainant-petitioner approached this Court by<\/p>\n
\ufb01ling the instant contempt petition. in the<\/p>\n
