Misc Bail Application No. 3406\/2010\nSharda Verma @ Shradha Verma Vs State of Rajasthan through PP\n8.4.2010\nHON'BLE MR JUSTICE MN BHANDARI\nMr Sajid Ali  - for the petitioner\nMr Sanjeev Mehla   PP \nBY THE COURT:<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tHeard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record of the case.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLearned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a female and has been named only for the reason that motor-cycle involved in this case was belonging to her though she had sold the same to one Manoj&#8217;s father Ratish Saxena and that contraband was otherwise recovered from Bobby and Manoj.  Thus, petitioner may be enlarged on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tOn the other hand, learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAfter considering the rival submissions of the parties and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, which may otherwise affect  outcome of trial,  looking to facts of this case, I am of the view that  petitioner deserves to be enlarged on bail.
