P6 order passed by the Secretary<\/p>\n<p>of the Panchayat declining building permit, requiring the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>to produce clearance certificate from the Revenue Department since<\/p>\n<p>the land in question is reclaimed land. In view of the alternate<\/p>\n<p>statutory remedy of appeal available to the petitioner, I am not<\/p>\n<p>inclined to entertain this writ petition.
