Since no\nreply was received within the mandated time period of 30 days, the Complainant filed a\nComplaint under Section 18 of the RTI Act with the Commission. On this basis, the\nCommission issued a notice directing the PIO\/AC, MCD (Shahadara South Zone)on\n06\/11\/2009 to provide information to the Complainant and further sought an explanation\nfor not furnishing the information within the mandated time.\n.\n<\/pre>\n<p>        The Commission received a letter dated 08\/12\/2009 from the PIO\/AC, MCD<br \/>\n(Shahadara South Zone) wherein copy of information provided to the Complainant vide<br \/>\nletter dated 25\/11\/2009 was enclosed. On perusal of the information it has been observed<br \/>\nthat the information provided is incomplete. Information given on Query No. 1, 2 and 3<br \/>\nis inappropriate. Further, the Commission is also in receipt of a letter dated 09\/12\/2009<br \/>\nfrom the Complainant alleging non-compliance of the Commission&#8217;s directions.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Complaint is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>        The PIO is directed to provide the complete and correct information in regard to<br \/>\nthe queries as mentioned above to the Complainant by 29\/01\/2010.Proof of dispatch of<br \/>\ninformation should be sent to the Commission before 03\/01\/2010. Further, the PIO is<br \/>\ndirected to submit a written explanation to show cause as to why penalty should not be<br \/>\nimposed and disciplinary action be recommended against him under Section 20 (1) &amp;
