GIRI, J.\n                   -------------------------------\n                    WP(C).NO. 6892 of 2007\n                  ---------------------------------\n           Dated this the 23rd        day of June, 2008\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The challenge in this writ petition is against the order of<\/p>\n<p>transfer Ext.P1, by which the petitioner, while functioning as the<\/p>\n<p>senior Assistant Manager of the Kerala State Warehousing<\/p>\n<p>Corporation, North Paravoor was transferred to Thodupuzha.<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P1 shows that apparently the transfer was on account of<\/p>\n<p>allegations of financial irregularities and mal practices against<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner. I do not propose to consider the contentions as<\/p>\n<p>regards the transfer on merits essentially because of the<\/p>\n<p>submission made by Sri.Majnu Komath               that subsequently<\/p>\n<p>disciplinary enquiry has been initiated against the petitioner on<\/p>\n<p>the same allegations and she is under suspension.<\/p>\n<p>     2. Taking note of the allegations of biased enquiry and in<\/p>\n<p>the interests of justice, this court directed the Corporation to<\/p>\n<p>appoint an enquiry officer and the said enquiry officer has<\/p>\n<p>commenced proceedings as well. On completion of the enquiry,<\/p>\n<p>suitable orders will be passed by the disciplinary authority.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC.6892 \/2007              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Obviously if the petitioner is exonerated from the charges<\/p>\n<p>referred to in Ext.P1 and therefore the Corporation is required to<\/p>\n<p>reinstate her service, then the mere fact that by Ext.P1, she was<\/p>\n<p>transferred from North Paravoor to Thodupuzha should not stand<\/p>\n<p>in the way of the management, posting her in a suitable place.<\/p>\n<p>     Subject to this, the writ petition is closed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       V.
