2.    13.9.2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n
                         counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n
                                The petitioner was appointed as Prakhand Sikshak on<\/p>\n
                         12.4.2007 but subsequently his appointment was cancelled.<\/p>\n
                                In view of the provisions of Rule 18 of the Bihar<\/p>\n
                         Panchayat Primary Teacher(Appointment and Service<\/p>\n
                         Condition) Rules, 2006, which are statutory in nature, an<\/p>\n
                         alternative remedy has been provided to the petitioner<\/p>\n
                         against any such order.\n<\/p>\n
                                In the aforesaid circumstances, the writ application is<\/p>\n
                         dismissed as not maintainable. The petitioner shall have<\/p>\n
                         liberty to approach the statutory forum.<\/p>\n
