The<br \/>\nconvict had enjoyed one temporary bail during August- September 2010<br \/>\nand furlough on two occasions.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tFor the<br \/>\ncontents of the application, the same is allowed. The convict is<br \/>\nordered to be released on  temporary bail for a period of 30<br \/>\n(thirty) days from the date of his release on his executing a<br \/>\npersonal bond of Rs.5000\/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the<br \/>\nsatisfaction of the Jail authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tThe convict<br \/>\nshall surrender himself to the Jail authorities on expiry of the<br \/>\nabove temporary bail period.
