RESPONDENT\n\n     \n\nOriginal Application No.8835 of 1998 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench praying to call for the records relating to the respondent C.No.A.2\/2683\/20726\/97 dated 9\/9\/1998 fixing the seniority of Grade II constables recruited on 16\/4\/1997 based upon the marks obtained in the tests held in the Training and the consequential reversion order in Rc.No.A1\/20200\/98 dated 25\/9\/1998 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.  Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A., was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition. \n\n\tFor petitioner      : Mr.Anand\t\n\n\tFor respondent   : Mr.B.Vijay,\n\t\t\tGovernment Advocate \n        -----       \nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tCounsel for the petitioner represents that he is not pressing the writ petition and the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
